John Gamero, Principal


As a Principal with Najafi Companies, Mr. Gamero seeks and evaluates acquisition opportunities, participates extensively in the due diligence process all the way through final consummation of a transaction.  Mr. Gamero also works on portfolio company oversight, focusing on strategic, business and financial planning.

Prior to joining Najafi Companies in January 2008, Mr. Gamero was a Sr. Associate, Associate, and Analyst at JPMorgan in San Francisco where he focused on Technology, Media, and Telecom Investment Banking as well as on Equity Private Placements.  He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as equity and debt financing. 

Mr. Gamero is an Arizona native and received his Bachelor of Sciences degree in Economics from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.  He is active in his community and recently served as Community Activity Officer for the Active 20-30 Club of Phoenix.
