Mr. Najafi oversees and directs Najafi Companies initiatives.
Mr. Woog seeks and evaluates acquisition opportunities, participates in the negotiation and due diligence process and assists management of acquired companies during the post-sale period.
Mr. Shum seeks and evaluates acquisition and co investment opportunities, both in the US and globally. He participates in the due diligence process through negotiation to eventual partnering with management of the acquired company.
Ms. Rhodes works closely with the executive team to manage the Company’s finance and business risk functions.
